About the Role

Account Management:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports detailing revenue, expenses, and profitability of export operations.
Provide insights into financial performance to aid strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and export documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, shipping documents, and financial transactions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts for export operations.
Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.

Vendor and Client Liaison:
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Negotiate payment terms and conditions with suppliers and clients.

Audit Preparation:
Prepare documentation and collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.
Implement recommendations from audits to enhance financial controls.

Currency Management:
Monitor and manage foreign currency transactions and exchange rates to optimize financial outcomes.

Salary Administration:
Handle salary administration for the relevant department, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
