Job Overview: As the Branch Head for the Vioricca Outlet in New York, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store operations. Your role involves creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring the outlet's success in alignment with Vioricca's brand standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership:

     • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet.

     • Implement and enforce Vioricca's operational policies and procedures.

  2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

     • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

     • Analyze sales performance and implement initiatives to maximize profitability.

  3. Customer Experience:

     • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring an unparalleled shopping experience.

     • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.

  4. Visual Merchandising:

     • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create captivating displays that align with Vioricca's brand image.

     • Ensure the outlet's aesthetics meet the highest standards.

  5. Team Management:

     • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

     • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  6. Inventory Management:

     • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.

     • Implement efficient inventory control measures.

  7. Promotions and Events:

     • Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.

  8. Financial Management:

     • Monitor and manage the outlet's budget, expenses, and financial performance.

     • Collaborate with the finance team for accurate reporting.

  2. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
